The InnerSpark Method’s educational courses are for your personal use only. Conducting, teaching, practicing, or otherwise disseminating InnerSpark, LLC: The InnerSpark Method in whole or in part, in any in-person, online or electronic forum is strictly forbidden. InnerSpark, LLC reserves exclusive rights to the online presentation of its copyrighted educational programs and courses.

InnerSpark, LLC does not diagnose or address the cure for physical or mental health symptoms.
InnerSpark, LLC advises you to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for the treatment of any physical or emotional symptoms which may be of concern before, during, or after your participation in programs and/or sessions.
Lastly, you hereby release InnerSpark, LLC, from any legal responsibility for any physical, mental, or emotional conditions or symptoms which may be perceived as resulting from the programs and/or sessions in which you partake.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You understand that the content, products and services offered by InnerSpark, LLC, which may include nutrition counseling and coaching, energy healing, health and life coaching, ayurveda, meditation and yoga, are not a substitute for medical care and that any information provided by InnerSpark, LLC and its staff is for educational purposes only, and is not diagnostically prescriptive in nature.
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical doctor or licensed medical health care practitioner prior to and regarding modification of my diet, lifestyle, or exercise regimen.
You understand that nutrition and lifestyle coaching and any suggestions provided by InnerSpark, LLC are not a substitute for a licensed mental health practitioner.
You understand that you alone are responsible to decide whether to incorporate the any of the presented content into your lifestyle.
You hereby give InnerSpark, LLC, its members, officers, agents and employees absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, videotape, record and/or portray your name, voice, portrayal, actions and/or likeness in connection with your participation in any group workshop.
You further agree that InnerSpark, LLC shall have complete ownership of any such produced material and may freely use the material in furtherance of its business objectives such as promotions, merchandising, publicity, demonstrating, and advertising. Use shall include, without limitation, incorporating, broadcasting, distributing, re-using, publishing, re-publishing, altering, and editing the material.
You even further agree that InnerSpark, LLC’s complete ownership shall include all rights in and to the material, including the negatives, out-takes, sounds and the images contained therein.
You acknowledge that you will not receive any consideration for the use of such images, video, likeness, etc. beyond permission to participate in the group workshop.
You understand that InnerSpark, LLC will endeavor to use the material in accordance with standards of good judgment; however, InnerSpark, LLC cannot warrant or guarantee that any future dissemination of the material will be subject to InnerSpark, LLC’s supervision or control. Accordingly, you release InnerSpark, LLC from any and all liability related to the dissemination, reproduction distribution, and/or display of the material in print or any and all other media, and any alteration, distortion or illusionary effect, whether intentional or otherwise.
You agree that in exchange for receiving such lifestyle-related content, you, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, hereby knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, release, discharge and hold harmless InnerSpark, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any and all injuries, including death, damages or claims relating to or resulting from my receipt of content and services, now or in the future, foreseen or unforeseen.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless InnerSpark, LLC, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Nothing on this website is directed to individuals under 18 years of age and we do not work with anyone in the pediatric lifecycle.

THE INNERSPARK METHOD: EVERYDAY RHYTHMS PROGRAM POLICIES
Program Access
You will have full, on-demand lifetime access to The InnerSpark Method: Everyday Rhythms program and private community, as well as the live group calls. This includes any program updates.
Declined Payments
If you have paid in full at time of enrollment, this section does not apply to you. If you are on a payment plan for The InnerSpark Method: Everyday Rhythms program and payment is declined at time of transaction, you will receive a notice of the declination and must pay within five days to avoid interruption of service to the program. If by that time, payment is still declined or funds have not cleared, your program access will be delayed. Full payment is due as per your payment plan agreement.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered within the first two weeks after a client’s initial enrollment date only. If within the first two weeks after your initial enrollment date you decide The InnerSpark Method: Everyday Rhythms program isn’t for you, you may apply for a partial refund. Confidentiality:
All client information and experiences are kept confidential by Devon Battaglia and InnerSpark, LLC. You understand the only exception to this is that the Coach may alert appropriate authorities if a Client is a danger to themselves or others. You also agree to keep others’ information and experiences confidential.

In exchange for receiving such coaching support, life- and wellness-related advice, you, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, hereby knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, release, discharge and hold harmless InnerSpark, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any and all injuries, including death, damages or claims relating to or resulting from my receipt of content and services, now or in the future, foreseen or unforeseen.
Further, you will indemnify and hold InnerSpark, LLC, its members, officers, agents and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, rights, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with any injuries to other persons or damage to property caused by or attributed to me.
