For those that don’t know me or need a little refresher, I am Devon and this is another episode of Wednesday Wisdom! You might lie awake at night, your mind racing, your senses heightened, only to find that the lack of sleep leaves you even more susceptible to becoming overstimulated the next day.
It can feel like you’re trapped in this cycle, and it’s affecting everything: your energy levels, your mood, your health, and your overall quality of life.
